What Counts
as a Visit?

A visit is one unique visitor to your site within a 24-hour period, identified by their IP address and browser. If the same person views ten pages in one afternoon, that's one visit. If they come back the next day, that's a second visit.

  • Bots Aren't Visitors
We don't count known search engine crawlers, uptime monitors, or traffic we identify as bots or attacks. You shouldn't pay for traffic you didn't ask for.
  • Why Our Numbers Run Higher Than Google Analytics
Analytics tools only count visitors whose browsers run their tracking script, so they miss people who use ad blockers or decline cookies. We count at the server level, which captures every real visitor.
  • Always Visible
You can see your current month's visits anytime in your Web Hosting Panel.

What Happens
If You Go Over

Traffic naturally rises and falls, and a good month shouldn't cost you extra. Here's how we handle it.

  • No Overage Fees, Ever
Your price doesn't change because of a traffic spike.
  • A Heads-Up at 80%
We'll let you know when your site reaches 80% of its monthly visit limit.
  • Upgrades Only After Two Months Over
We only suggest an upgrade if your site goes over its limit for two months in a row. Even then, we'll talk it through with you first. Nothing changes without your approval.
  • Attacks Don't Count Against You
Attacks and bot floods don't count against you. If your site is targeted, we deal with it. That's part of the service.

To keep performance consistent for every site on our platform, hosting plans are for running your website. They aren't intended for large file storage or downloads, video streaming, or other resource-heavy uses unrelated to serving your website. If your site's needs outgrow shared hosting, we'll recommend the right fit, which may be a Dedicated plan, before it affects your performance.
